Once called Sheffield Midland Station, the facility has now been renamed simply Sheffield and is the principle transport hub for the large South Yorkshire city of Sheffield. This station which stands close to the major streets of the city is served by a huge array of rail services both local and intercity making it easy to access almost anywhere in Britain from the platforms.
