Situated around fourteen miles to the south east of Leeds in West Yorkshire, Pontefract Monkhill Station is the busiest of the three railway stations that serve the town. This station like one of the other two in the borough is part of the Pontefract Railway Line offering services to Leeds and Wakefield.
