Situated in West Yorkshire Batley Station serves the small town of Batley on the Hudderfield Railway Line. Close to the station there are several attractions of not including the small but fascinating Yorkshire Motor Museum, Batley Art Gallery, Bagshaw Museum and Batley Park which contains a butterfly house and observatory. Pop singer Robert Palmer was born close to the centre of the town.
