25 miles northwest of Charing Cross, this station is one of the furthest flung London Underground stations from the centre of London. Located in the leafy town of Chesham in Buckinghamshire, originally the station formed the terminus of the old Metropolitan Railway from Baker Street. Today the station is the end of the Chesham branch of the Metropolitan Line in Travelcard zone D.
