Ascott-under-Wychwood Station is in a tiny village in west Oxfordshire served by the Cotswolds Railway Line. With a population of far less than a thousand people the village is a quite sleepy and tranquil part of the country, surrounded by marvellous lush green hills and wooded copses. The River Evenlode runs close to the station. The area take sits name from te famous Wychwoof Forest that stands nearby.
