This railway station serves the eastern outskirts of the Welsh seaside town of Aberdovey. Trains stop at the station on request and it is an unmanned halt which is served by the Cambrian Coastal Railway Line. It is possible to get a train as far as the English borders at Shrewsbury from the facility.
