Cathays Station is a small suburban railway interchange on the outskirts of Cardiff in south Wales. Usually services passing through the station are on their way to Barry Island, but some stop at Cardiff Bay instead. When this station opened in 1982 it was one of the first completely new stations since the Second World War.
