Located at the eastern edge of the city centre close to the Capitol Shopping Centre, Cardiff Queen Street Station is the primary transport hub for those visiting the valleys that surround Cardiff. The station, unlike Cardiff Central mainly serves small short distance trains. It has a direct rail link with Cardiff Bay station.
