Seaham Station is located in the beautiful County Durham countryside and acts as the principle rail transport access point for the coastal town of Seaham. Formerly known as Seaham Harbour, today the station serves the less maritime orientated needs of the people of the area. The station is part of the Durham Coastal Railway Line.
