Ormskirk Station is in the southern part of the West Lancashire district and is the principle transport interchange for the town of Ormskirk in Lancashire. The facility is only a small single platform station that receives fairly regular services as part of both the Ormskirk Branch Line and the Northern Line on the Merseyrail Network.
