Gorton Station is situated at the heart of the Greater Manchester suburb of Gorton in the north west of England. The small facility is served by two railway lines, the Hope Valley Railway and the Manchester to Glossop Railway. Both offer fairly regular services from the area and connect the suburb with central Manchester.
