This station is located adjacent to the large park in Berkenhead that is a town across the Mersey from Liverpool on the Wirral. The station offers easy access via the Mersey Rail Tunnel to Liverpool with regular services running from the park to the city via Hamilton Square. The station has a few local facilities nearby including a post office, some small shops and a few bars and restaurants.
