This small station links Ardwick with Manchester. The roots of Ardwick can be traced to the thirteenth century as a small town in the northwest of England. However it has been swallowed up by metropolitan Manchester and is now one of the more central suburbs of the enormous, lively and exciting city. Close to the station is the Manchester Apollo Theatre which plays host to some of the world’s most influential performing artists.
