Woodside Park is in Finchley an affluent and leafy suburb of north London. Quite unlike the dirty and noisy areas of central London that it is connected to by tube, you could be quite forgiven whilst standing on the open air Underground platform that you were in a country town miles from any city. It sits close to the M25 motorway and therefore affords easy access out of the city and into the nearby Essex and Hertfordshire countryside.
