White City is an area of west London close to Shepherds Bush. It is famous for its proximity to BBC Television Centre the headquarters of the British Broadcasting Corporations television and radio output in Britain. Also nearby is White City Stadium, a dog track that attracts visitors from surrounding areas. The suburb is quite multi cultural and has a great deal of antipodean immigrants living within it.
