Harrow is most famous for its school. One of the most exclusive places to be privately educated in Britain the school has been home to some of the great and the good in the world including wartime leader Sir Winston Churchill. West Harrow is a mainly residential area in the borough and is home to a great deal of affluent commuters who use the station to travel to and from work in central London.
