This railway station is the primary railway access point to the impressive Wembley Stadium, which was completed in 2007 and replaced the famous old Empire Stadium and its twin towers which stood on the site for the best part of the 20th Century. The stadium towers above the suburb with its great arch and is served by the London to Birmingham Railway.
