Uxbridge is in west London and the terminus of the Metropolitan Line to the west of the capital. The area is about 15 miles outside central London in the London Borough of Hillingdon. Home to some of the international headquarters of Europe’s biggest companies; Uxbridge has become a financial hub in west London. Nearby is the world famous Brunel University that specialises in courses in Engineering and Industrial Design.
