Swiss Cottage is a leafy area close to Finchley in northwest London. A far cry from the busy streets at the centre of the capital, this largely residential area is an oasis of calm. There is a wealth of local facilities along the Finchley Road that runs adjacent to the station. There are cinemas, theatres and a leisure centre to keep visitors and locals entertained as well as a good selection of shops on the high street.
