Staines Railway Station is situated at the heart of the west London suburb of Staines that flirts with the traditional borders of Greater London. The area is well known for the nearby theme park Thorpe Park which attracts many thousands of visitors every day during the summer months. Trains run to the station as part of the Windsor Railway and the Waterloo to Reading Line.
