Above this station is the headquarters of London Underground. Outside the station is the wonderfully designed St. James Park that follows beside The Mall to Buckingham Palace. It is the perfect place to spend a fine day n the capital away from the busy streets in a pastoral environ. Opposite one of the entrances to this station is New Scotland Yard, the headquarters of the Metropolitan Police Force.
