Mainly a commercial are of London’s Docklands, Royal Albert Station serves the west dock of The Royal Albert Dock. The station is on the Beckton branch of the Docklands Light Railway and is in Travelcard zone 2. During the week commuters wishing to access the ever-expanding Docklands business district of London use the station quite heavily, but at weekends the station is very quiet.
