Rectory Road Station is situated in the London Borough of Hackney and serves the Stoke Newington suburb in the north of the city. On the Lea Valley Railway the station is responsible for the rail transport needs of a mainly residential community. Trains run on the Seven Sisters branch of the line to London Liverpool Street and Enfield.
