Mill Hill is an ancient development in north London that runs along the old road known as ‘The Ridgeway’. The old part of Mill Hill has many large old houses, many of which housed famous names in the past such as William Wilberforce and Stanley Raffles. Mill Hill Broadway is an urban development that arrived in the early 1900s and has a good selection of shops, bars and cafes. Mill Hill Cemetery is worth a visit and includes a small poets corner.
