This station is located in St. Johns Wood, a beautiful leafy suburb of London just to the north of central London. It is extremely close to the world famous Abbey Road Studios where the Beatles recorded most of their celebrated albums, including the record of the same name. A short walk to the south of the station is Lords Cricket Ground, the home of cricket and one of the most visited sporting attractions in the world. It hosts at least one test match featuring England every year
