Spanning the River Thames, London Bridge is close to many of the capitals most popular attractions. Just a short walk away from the Underground station is the London Dungeon, a great family day out. Also nearby is Southwark Cathedral, HMS Belfast, Tower Bridge and exhibition, The Tower of London and the monument erected for the Great Fire of London in 1666. Interestingly the mainline part of the station is the oldest railway station in Britain.
