Kenton straddles the border between the London Borough of Brent and the London Borough of Harrow in the north west of London. Once a hamlet, first recorded in 1282 the area has grown to be a busy suburb of London. The area is noted for its popularity with television personalities who like to buy houses in the area and enjoy its good shopping and entertainment facilities. It is on the Metropolitan Line.
