The area of Hersham is linked heavily to its larger cousin Walton on Thames. The station serves the Hersham end of this combined suburb in the west of London. The area is beautiful and close to the River Thames. The station is served by the Waterloo to Woking Railway via Weybridge. Regular services run into the centre of London.
