Epping is a charming market town just north of London. It is now the end of the Central Line after the closure of the High Ongar branch of the line. Epping is most known for the forest that’s named after it and separates it from the main body of the capital. The town itself has some wonderful shops and restaurants, lovely architecture and a sleepy way of life. For many years it has attracted a great deal of famous residents including rock legend Rod Stewart.
