Part of the larger mainline interchange, Charing Cross tube station is in the heart of London’s entertainment district. If you walk in one direction you will find The Strand, littered with theatres showing some of the most famous shows in the world. In the other direction is Trafalgar Square, Nelson’s Column, The National Gallery, Admiralty Arch and Whitehall. The station also features an interesting 100 metre long mural.
