This is probably the largest transport interchange in east London. The station links the Underground network with the Docklands Light Railway, Mainline train services, local buses and shuttle buses that run to and from City Airport. The station stands on the site of the famous old Thames Ironworks that was closed in the late nineteenth century. It is in Travelcard zone 3.
