Bellingham Station is in a small area of the London Borough of Lewisham in southeast London. It is a relatively deprived residential served by this station on what has become known as the ‘Catford Loop’. Much of the area around the station was built as community housing in the 1920s on what was then just farmland on the edge of the capital.
