Balham Station is at the centre of the bustling south London suburb of Balham. Close to the station are several busy shopping streets with an eclectic ethnic feel to them as well as having all the usual high street shops. The station is located close to both Wandsworth Common on the north side and Clapham Common to the east. The area also has a tube station on a different site.
