Beauly Station is the first stop heading north from Inverness, the capital of the Highlands. This is the primary transport hub for the small village of Beauly. Close to the interchange are the magnificent remains of the Priory that once stood in the village. A few miles away from the station is Castle Beaufort, a significant historical building in the battle between the English and Scots for control of the area.
