This facility was built in 1978 as part of the upgrade to the Cross City Railway Line. It serves the University of Birmingham and is situated close to many of the main buildings at the heart of the institution. The facility enjoys regular services on the Birmingham to Redditch Railway and is well used by students and visitors.
