Prestwick Town Station is at the heart of the famous South Ayrshire town, about thirty miles from the centre of Glasgow in Scotland. The area is famous for its aviation history and of course for being the home of Open Golf, which was first played on Prestwick Old Course. The station is on the Ayrshire Coast Line and the Glasgow South Western Line.
