Cardonald Station is a small suburban station serving the Cardonald area of the city of Glasgow. After departing from Glasgow Central Station, Cardonald is the first interchange you will reach by rail. The area around the station is primarily residential although there are a few basic facilities available for local people, most of whom travel into the city centre for shopping and entertainment.
