Bishopbriggs Station is located on the Glasgow to Edinburgh Railway Line on the branch that travels via Falkirk. The station serves the affluent commuter suburb of Bishopbriggs on the outskirts of the city of Glasgow in southern Scotland. The area has a good deal of its own facilities and although considered by many simply an area of Glasgow has all the characteristics of a small town in its own right.
