Situated on the north shore of the Firth of Fife, Aberdour Station is in an attractive village in Fife, Scotland. The station overlooks the island of Inchcolm and its abbey and south towards Edinburgh. Abedour is home to two beaches one of which ‘Silver Sands’ is one of only seven ‘Blue Flag’ approved beaches in the whole of Scotland. On the other side of the village is ‘Black Sands’ which as the name suggests is a darker and rockier place, but just as beautiful.
