Chorleywood Station is located in rural Hertfordshire and shares its platforms with the London Underground. The station is close to Amersham and is used by Metropolitan Line trains as well as mainline services. For the purposes of ticketing the station has been placed in a special Travelcard zone B because of the extreme distance from the centre of London.
