Barrow Haven Station serves a tiny port community in North Lincolnshire. Once the station was the main interchange on the railway line to Cleethorpes for those wishing to catch the passenger ferry to Hull, but this ferry no longer runs a service. Now the port is mainly used to take large loads of timber arriving from Eastern Europe by sea.
