Aylesbury Station is in a relatively large commuter town in Buckinghamshire close to London. The town was traditionally a market centre and exhibits many of the grand buildings that one would associate with a prosperous trading point. In more modern times Aylesbury has become more dominated by wealthy commuters travelling to well paid jobs in the city. Roald Dahl lived near to the station and there is a childrens gallery in the town that is well worth a visit.
